Are you able to address skin concerns such as birthmarks and acne?
We are able to take care of most skin concerns such as vitiligo, acne scarring and port wine stains. Please contact us with your specific concerns so that we can discuss the best plan of action.

I have a multicultural bridal party. Can you take care of everyone?
Absolutely! All of our artists are thoroughly trained on various hair types and textures so everyone has the same opportunity to be styled to perfection. And the same goes for various skin tones. Every variation of your group will be highlighted beautifully and artfully.

I'd really like to add some extensions to my hair for my style. Can you do that?
Yes, lots of clients add extensions for more volume or length. Please be sure to purchase your extensions prior to your appointment-we’re happy to attach and style them for you(clip or pin in style), but we don’t supply any hair ourselves.

I have an attendant or family member that wears a wig. Can you still provide services to her?
Yes. Our stylists can curl human hair wigs(certain synthetic hair types can withstand curling, but you should confirm that beforehand) and style any wig into beautiful updos along with the rest of your party.

I have tattoos that I’d prefer not to be visible on my wedding day. Can you cover them?
Yes! We are able to cover your tattoos on-site starting at $25. Please inquire prior to your wedding day for a specific quote based on your artwork size and coloring.

I'm not into wearing much makeup, but I want to look good in pictures. Can you help me?
Help is on the way! You don’t need to wear a lot of makeup to look polished and refined in photos. The main focus is to bring light and definition to your face, not to make you look like someone else. We’re here to make you beautiful AND comfortable, so there will be no mask like looks here!!

Are you experienced with weddings?
Yes, we are! We’ve been in business for over seven years, and each of our artists have at least 10 years of experience. All of our artists are cross-trained to ensure they’re prepared to care for all hair types and textures, as well as all skin tones. Do you have a specific question about your party? Ask us here!

Do you provide services to all kinds of weddings and events?
Absolutely. We service traditional, ethnic and same same sex events. We believe in marriage equality and that everyone’s decision to celebrate their love with family and friends is a right, not a privilege.

So I've scheduled my hair and makeup trial. What should I expect once I arrive?
Your trial is your time to meet your stylists and together create your most beautiful wedding day you! You’ll arrive and be introduced to your artist to begin discussing your thoughts and ideas. Trials last about an hour per service. Hair trials typically include up to two style variations. Makeup trials include one complete look and any adjustments necessary within the time allotted. Not set on one look yet? No worries! We can always schedule another trial to play again.

I'm ready to move forward. How do I book your services?
Awesome, you love us! To reserve your date, just submit a completed contract and a $100 non-refundable retainer, payable by cash, check or credit card. Please note that dates are not held without the contract and retainer.

Do I have to have a trial?
You sure don’t! Quite a few of our clients have opted out of the trial part of the process because of living out of the area, limited availability within their schedule or simply because they trust us and the reviews of our amazing previous clients.

Do you offer services in your studio?
Yes, we offer in-studio beauty services. Our location also includes a full service salon to take care of your beauty services leading up to your big day. Contact us for more information and pricing.



I've booked with you guys. What happens now?
You’re here for your trial and you’re sitting here wondering, so now what happens? Here’s the lowdown!
After your trial, your artist will take pics as a reference for the day of. All the details for your big day will be confirmed as well including the service list, timing and prep info. Info like how many people have super long or think hair helps too!
Your non-refundable retainer is credited toward your service total.
Shortly after your trial, you will be sent a copy of the completed contract for your records.
You will be contacted 45 days from your service date to give a friendly reminder of the 50% payment due by 30 days out.
You can make your payment via check by mail(made out to Silver Immersion, LLC) or credit card online by 30 days from date of service.
After the 30 day mark, any remaining payments are due in cash only.
After your payment makes it’s way to us, you’ll get an email confirmation of it and any remaining balance.
Almost time for the party!!
The beginning of the week of the event, a confirmation email is sent out to confirm all the details(address, timing, contact numbers, service list, balance due, prep info). You get it, you confirm it, and then we send it off to your artists. Done!
